A:Input Voltage, Wattage, Overall length, Heated length (optional), Tube diameters( optional), Reflector, Lead wire, Quantity

A:We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union/Moneygram
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Our factory do 100% inspection at each production procedure, and we do 2 rounds lighting test during production, and the 3rd test before packing.
6.Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is optional.

During the warranty time, any non-man-made quality issue, once confirmed, we will sent the new replacement immediately without any charge.
